Welcome to Wiki Loves Monuments in France!

Wiki Loves Monuments is a worldwide photo contest for monuments and cultural heritage buildings. This year, 33 countries are participating. This page explains how you can participate with pictures taken of “Monuments historiques” in France.

There are a few rules to enter the contest:

• The picture must be uploaded on Wikipedia Commons in September 2013.
• The picture must be taken by the person who uploads.
• The person who uploads must submit an email address at the time of registering a user account on Commons as to enable us to contact you if a prize has been won.
